How does your SEO service work?
Our SEO process includes a full audit, keyword research, on-page optimizations, technical SEO, and monthly performance reporting. We focus on sustainable, white-hat techniques to improve rankings.
Can you really create viral campaigns?
Nobody can guarantee virality, and we will not promise it. What we do is build campaigns on research and clear messaging, then use influencer networks and targeted amplification to give your content the best possible chance of spreading. We agree the targets and the reporting with you before we start.
What technologies do you use for web or app development?
We choose the stack to fit the project: React, Next.js, Vue, Node.js, Python, WordPress, Shopify, and plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Payment providers such as Flutterwave and Paystack are integrated where a project needs online payments. Performance and scalability are priorities for every app and website we build.
How much does a project cost?
Project cost depends on the task at hand. Our published website packages start at ₵800 (Basic), ₵1,500 (Standard) and ₵3,000+ (Premium), and other services are priced individually — for example Google Business Profile and Google Ads management from ₵300. You can see the full list under “View Prices” on the home page, and custom work is quoted after a short discovery conversation. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, GhanaPay and bank transfer (GCB and UBA). Payment details are shared once we have agreed the scope, and a receipt is issued for every payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are limited. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced. A refund may only be considered if we are unable to complete the agreed service for internal reasons. Where work has already been delivered, we will instead work with you to put right anything that is not as agreed. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
How do I get started with Nettex?

How long does a typical project take?
It mostly depends on the task at hand, but for time estimates; Websites: 2–3 weeks; branding: 1–2 weeks; complex web apps: 1–2 months. We provide detailed timelines upfront.
How many revisions are included?
Our packages include 2–3 revision rounds during the design phase. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
How will we communicate during the project?
Microsoft teams, Zoom, and other project management tools. We might give updates through whatsApp as well.
Do you provide support after project completion?
Absolutely. Every project includes 7 days of free post-launch support. After that, ongoing maintenance can be arranged as needed, and hosting renewals start from ₵400 per year (₵500 for the Premium package).
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes. We handle hosting setup, domain registration, SSL and ongoing maintenance, and you retain full ownership of the domain and the site. Hosting is renewed yearly, and we will remind you before each renewal.
Do I own the final deliverables?
Yes. Upon final payment, you own 100% of the website code, design files, brand assets, and all IP rights.
